We all know how important water is for our health.

Our bodies are made up of 60% water and we can go without food for 3 weeks but only 3 days without water.
So how do you know if you’re drinking enough water?
The colour of your urine will tell you.
The more golden and stronger smell means you’re not drinking enough water.

Here are 5 tips to keep you hydrated and feeling healthy.

  1. Have a 250ml glass of water with every meal and snack.

  2. Buy a glass bottle container (See Consol range) and keep it in your car and hand bag.

  3. Keep a 1L glass jug on your desk to fill up your drinking cup.

  4. Add lemon or cucumber to your water to spruce it up a bit.

  5. Eat more fruit and vegetables, 20% of our water comes from our food.

An extra tip that has helped me is to download a ‘Drink Water Reminder’ app.
You can set the app to remind you to drink a cup of water and track how much you have ingested.
